Let your customers help themselves. Here is a list of all the things your customers can do in the customer portal.

Customer Can View and Manage Their Self Storage Units

Think about the last time you paid a bill online. What was that process like? You go to the company website, log in to your account, see your details, and make the payment.

This is the industry standard. There is no reason your customer shouldn't have that same experience paying their bill and managing their units.

With the StoragePug Customer Portal, your customer can do everything they come to expect and more!


Once your customers have claimed their account and log in, they are brought to their customer dashboard.

After being greeted by name your customers can see all of their current units, see their total and individual unit balances, and manage each of their units.

Manage Units

Not only does StoragePug want to make sure your customers have a smooth, pleasant experience, we also want to make your life easier too! We have built a number of tools into the customer dashboard to allow your customers to view and make changes to their units.

When your customer selects manage unit, they get to see a summary about the unit. We display the unit type and unit number, size, monthly price, move-in date, last payment date, paid thru date, and payment history. They will also have links to Move Out, Pay For Your Unit, and Autopay.

Make A Payment

This option is pretty straight forward! When your customer wants to make a payment, they can do so on the unit page.

We show them the current balance information and process their payment directly through your SiteLink. This ensures the payment is PCI compliant and your accounting records are always accurate.

Your customers can also prepay for their units up to 12 months in advance.

Pay All Units At Once

Tenants can pay for all units at the same time in our customer portal. Once SitelInk generates the bill for each unit, the pay all units button will appear.

Tenants can still click each individual unit and make payments if they wish to.

Activate or Update AutoPay

Autopay is such an important feature for you and your customers. We allow your customers to signup for autopay when they rent their unit or anytime they log into their account.

If your customer needs to update their autopay settings, it's as easy as two clicks! All of these settings are updated directly in SiteLink.

Schedule A Move Out

The move out option allows your customers to schedule a move-out date. We sync this information in SiteLink so you can proactively manage your inventory.

This doesn't fully move the customer out of the unit but does allow you to follow up and provide them with your move out process.

Update Your Information

Your customers can update their information without having to call the facility. These updates will automatically sync in SiteLink.

Pug Pro Tip: When customers update their information, you'll be notified in the following ways:

  1. An email will be sent to the facility's primary email address

  2. A reminder will be sent to SiteLink's Bulletin Board

  3. A note will be logged to the Tenant's account in SiteLink

Change Password

Your customers can change their password at any time. They simply log in, click the account head at the top left, and click Change Password.

Managing units is a key feature your customers have come to expect. We have taken that concept and built features to raise the bar to WOW your customers every time!
