How Our API Integration Works
Our API integration with SiteLink does not support ACH. Unfortunately, this functionality isn't just a flip of a switch.
The main reason is that it can take up to 48 hours for a payment to clear or get declined. We have to know if the payment is successful immediately so we can send the confirmation email or give them a decline notice.
Set up ACH In-Person or Over The Phone
SiteLink does offer an online payment website that accepts ACH!
You can reach out to them to get that URL and put it on your invoice emails "Click here to pay via Credit Card or Click here to pay via ACH."
Lastly, you can always take these types of payments over the phone/in-person.
