Modify Your Units in SiteLink

This article will help you modify your units in SiteLink to look good on your website.

The Modify Units screen allows us to edit details relating to any given unit. This includes (though isn't limited to) unit size, unit price, unit features, and more.

Getting to the Modify Units screen

There are several ways to access the Modify Units screen. The easiest way is to go to the Setup screen.

1. From the SiteLink Web Edition homepage, head to Setup.

2. From here, on the left-hand side of the Setup window, select Units and Tenants, followed by Modify Units

3. On the next screen, you'll see all of your units. You can now select ONE or MULTIPLE units. Then just click the "Edit Selections" option on the right-hand side of the screen.

Adjusting Your Unit Info

Now, you can see all the info of your selected unit(s). The following amenities will appear on the website automatically if you select them in SiteLink:

  • Entry Location

  • Door Type

  • Inside

  • Power

  • Alarm

  • Climate Controlled

Here's an example of how the amenities appear on the website:

Unit Attribute Setup

You might also notice the "Unit Attribute Setup" option on the right-hand side. This is a cool way for you to add additional amenities. Go ahead and click on "Unit Attribute Setup".

Select all the awesome amenities (aka attributes) you have at your facility.

Note: the website does not support the "Custom Unit Attribute 1-10" attribute. If you select that, the website will say "Custom Unit Attribute 1", which is confusing to customers.

Once you have your unit attributes setup, just click "OK" and you'll be good to go. Just be sure to check the boxes that apply to your particular unit!
