Sometimes you no longer need to receive a Scheduled Email Report, or in some cases, you just want to pause sending the report. On the Insights dashboard, you can easily delete a Scheduled Email Report or pause it.
Delete a Scheduled Email Report
View your Schedule Email Reports by clicking Manage Reports on your Insights dashboard.
Find the report you would like to delete, and click the Actions drop-down button.
From the drop-down options, select Delete and you will be asked to confirm that you want to delete the report.
Pause a Scheduled Email Report
View your Schedule Email Reports by clicking Manage Reports on your Insights homepage.
Find the report you would like to pause, and click the slider button under the Active column.
You will see a notification stating the report is inactive, and you will see the slider button is grey as opposed to green.
