The Go-getter's Kick-off Call Preparation List

Ready to streamline your time in Onboarding and get ready to go live with your new website?! We can make that happen in 6 simple steps. Let's GO!!!

Note: Your Onboarding Specialist will dive deeper into the questions below so they can really get to know you and your facility. This is just a chance for you to think over your responses and gather the required information

  1. We want to know what makes your facility stand out! Be prepared to tell us all about the little or big things that make your facility unique

    • Extra wide aisles? Free locks? 5 minutes from the lake and you have boat parking? Student storage is your main type of customer? Climate Control, Smart Units, Office space, etc.? We want to know!

  2. Your Google Business Profile - we're going to need access. How to prepare:

    1. Does your profile already exist? Yes? Go to step b. No? We'll help you create one during our call!

    2. You will need access to your profile so you can grant us access. Have your login information ready for our call and we'll walk you through it during our meeting.

  3. We will need access to your domain (i.e. your website address). Be prepared with the following:

    • Have your domain host login & password information ready (for example: GoDaddy, Google Domains, Tucows, Inc., etc.)

      Note: Does your current website host have ownership of your domain? That's ok!

      We'll guide you through getting access once you're ready to cancel their services

  4. Your logo! We will need a copy to send to our web team (ideally within a week of our Kick-off call). The following file types are preferred:

    • .svg, .ai, or vector files

    • PNG or JPEG files are acceptable if that is all you have available

  5. Software! Are you a Sitelink user or will you be opting to use Unit Manager?

    • Sitelink: Have your Sitelink login & password ready - we'll walk you through giving us API access

    • Unit Manager: Details will be covered further in the Onboarding process. Meanwhile, check out this Pug website that utilizes Unit Manager!

  6. Photos! Your website is only as strong as your photos - let's make it shine!

Pug Pro Tip: To make your Onboarding process as speedy as possible, remember this tidbit!

  • Your #1 Homework item after your Kick-off call will be to complete your Insights account setup ASAP. Why? Until this step is complete, our team cannot start working on your website. Yikes! (in other words, don't forget to do your homework!). Woof!
