1. Insights Account Setup
What: Insights is our backend portal. Once your Onboarding Specialist gives you access, please correctly fill out your business information and amenities.

How Long: 1 hour Zoom call
2. Technical Meeting
What: In your Technical Meeting, work with the Onboarding Specialist to toggle rental, reservation, and customer portal settings for your new website. This is the time to discuss business operations and best practices. Will you allow for online rentals? Are you going to force customers to autopay? Can your customers prepay online?
How Long: 1 hour Zoom call
2. Write Content and Build Website
What: Once we gather info about what makes your business special, your goals, and things you want to highlight on the new website, your information moves onto the content writing phase! The website team starts website development when the content team is done with their part.
How Long: 2-3 weeks
3. Website Reveal
What: No customer gets to see your website until we get your thumbs up. This is your chance to approve photo placement, unit types, and business info (phone, address, and hours). This is a quick Zoom meeting with you and your Onboarding Specialist. After the website reveal, you will get a preview link to look through at your own leisure.
How Long: 45 min Zoom call
4. Follow-up Meeting & Schedule Go Live!
What: View any website edits that may have been made and schedule your Go Live date! A training date with our Client Success team will also be scheduled at this time.
How Long: 15-30 Minutes
5. Go Live!
What: Go Live: The Big Day. Mission Accomplished! Now, it's time to enjoy the fruits of your labor with a website that works. Be sure to let your current internet provider know that you are no longer using them. Your Onboarding Specialist will let you know once the site is up and running.
How Long: 1-3 hours
6. Training
What: Your fancy new website won't be complete without a New Client Training Session with our Client Success Team. Here's what you can expect from your training.
How Long: 30 Minutes
Average Timeline for Steps 1-6: 6 weeks or less
