Best Practices (Pug Pro Tips)
Below are a few best practices to get the most out of Unit Manager in Insights. Let's have a look!
Check your inventory in Unit Manager in Insights once a week to make sure that the available inventory closely matches the available inventory you have in your property management software. Ultimately, we don't ever want to be in a situation where your website shows more available inventory than you actually have.
Don't add all your available inventory to the website in order to leave yourself a little inventory buffer. For example, if you have 8 available 10x10s for rent, maybe only add 6 of those to the website. The idea being is to have a couple unit buffer so you can mitigate the possibility of renting a unit on the website that isn't actually available.
Add amenities to your unit types to highlight and showcase the awesome unit features so prospective tenants know exactly what they are getting!
