What to Expect at the Handoff Meeting

Once your website is live, it is time to connect with our Client Success and understand how to get the most out of your new site.

Here's what you can expect from the Handoff meeting and how you can prepare.

Training Outline

Training will take about 30-45 min and will cover the following topics:

  1. How customers interact with your website: What tenants can do within the customer portal, including payments, autopay adjustments, and general contact info updates

  2. Insights tour: We'll cover our Insights platform, where you can view website data and make some adjustments to your website.

  3. Email notifications: This section covers the email alerts the facility and tenants receive when interacting with your website, including the customer portal, rentals, and reservations.

  4. Google Business Profile: We’ll talk about how StoragePug sets up your GBP and what you can do to achieve your short and long-term goals for capturing more leads.

  5. How to get help: Learn the easiest ways to contact the Client Success team, including our operating support hours.

  6. Follow-up questions: Lastly, we’ll address any follow-up questions!

How Can I Prepare?

  • Take a look at your new website and click around!

  • Try performing a test rental yourself to become familiar with the rental flow.

  • Have your questions written down in advance so we can address everything on your mind during our time together.

  • Test your computer to make sure it's set up for a Zoom call. If you don't have a camera, make sure to locate one.
